Consulting & Facilitaiton
Dr. Davis provides consulting and facilitation services that support school districts and nonprofit organizations in translating research into meaningful, practice-based change. She has led district teams and principals in understanding the research on equity in instructional practices to cultivate classrooms that better serve minoritized youth. Her work also includes consulting with districts on arts-integrated approaches and facilitating teacher learning on culturally relevant practices—such as expanding student voice through the integration of spoken word poetry across the curriculum. I am available for hire to design and facilitate evidence based, high-impact sessions that strengthen educator practice and improve outcomes for students.
